Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup orange juice, divided
  • 1 tablespoon white wine, or greater to flavor
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 huge Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/four cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons floor cinnamon
  • half teaspoon floor nutmeg

Instructions :

  • Combine 1/four cup orange juice with white wine in a bowl.
  • Place apricots on a flat work floor. Snip into small bits with scissors. Add to the juice-wine combination; let soak until softened.
