Tuna Lasagna Casserole

  • 1 cup milk, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 soda crackers
  • 1 pinch Italian seasoning
  • 3 (five ounce) cans tuna, tired
  • 1 half cups frozen blended vegetables
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/four teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/eight teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
