Ingredients :
- 1 pound ripe strawberries, hulled and chopped
- half cup white sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 half of teaspoons bloodless water
- three tablespoons lemon juice

Whisk cornstarch into the cold water; stir into heated berry mixture. Remove from warmth, and stir in lemon juice. Cool slightly. Refrigerate berry mixture till cold, approximately 2 hours.
- Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's commands.
Notes :
- To freeze this sorbet without an ice cream maker; pour strawberry aggregate into a shallow dish, place dish in freezer, stir sometimes until sorbet reaches desired consistency.
- Reynolds® parchment can be used for simpler cleanup/elimination from the pan.
