Tuscan Sausage Ragu

  • 1 massive pink onion, diced
  • 2 ribs celery, diced
  • three cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry crimson wine
  • 1 (28 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • salt to flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions :

  • Heat the olive oil in a huge skillet over medium warmth. Cook and stir the sweet and hot Italian sausage until browned, about 10 minutes. Break the meat up into crumbles as it chefs.
